International Ingredients & Excipients Pvt Ltd. (IIEPL) is a state-of-the-art manufacturing company specialised in producing pharmaceutical-grade lactose.
The company is promoted by the promoters of Lloyd Laboratories Inc., Philippines, and Excipients House LLP, India.
Lloyd Laboratories Inc. has been a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry across the Philippines and South-East Asia for over four decades, while Excipients House LLP has held a leadership position in the pharmaceutical excipients and food ingredients distribution business in India for more than two decades.
IIEPL was established with the objective of creating a world-class manufacturing base in India for pharmaceutical excipients serving both domestic and international customers.
The company’s goal is to provide consistent quality products that meet national and international standards while ensuring reduced lead times and reliable supply chains. This initiative aligns with the Government of India’s “Make in India” vision.
The company has established a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical excipient manufacturing facility near Sri City, Andhra Pradesh, and commenced commercial production in August 2022.

The IIEPL manufacturing facility is located at Madanapalem, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, on land allotted by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation Ltd. (APIIC). The location was strategically selected due to its excellent infrastructure, connectivity, and industrial ecosystem.
The site is well connected through Road, Sea Ports, Airports, and Rail Networks.
The facility is equipped with highly qualified professionals and modern infrastructure capable of producing a complete range of pharmaceutical-grade lactose products.
The plant is a fully automated, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility designed to meet both national and international quality standards.
